Tasks of the administrative and financial affairs unit

Tasks of the administrative and financial affairs unit:

 

1) Reception of requests of the work in the security and safety jobs.

2) Distribution of the individuals of the security and safety on workplaces in the coordination with the different sections.

3) Select the special requirement relative to the individuals in the security and safety from clothes and instruments, and work on the availability from the specific unit in the university and the company and the observation of the receiving and delivery for individuals in the security and safety according to the law followed.

4) Observation the performance of the working and the raising the incapable to work to the general prospect.

5) Observation of attendance and departure working and the different raising in request the terminating about the absentees in coordination with the sections.

6) Observation of the vacations of employees of the security and safety and the confirm the capability to work in coordination with the different sections.

7) The preparation and the participation in cases of the emergency which God forbid and the coordination with the administrations in the different  sections.

8) The participation in the organization of the occasions in the university by collaboration with all administrations in relation.
