· Close the gate to control the car entrance.
· No permission given to any University belongings to be taken out from the residence unless there is a permission from the supervisor.
· Cars without permission (sticker) are not allowed to enter.
· A visiting card can be given according to the information on the card.
· Make sure about the correct information’s and the name of the resident person.
· Don’t keep the personal card, the license or any other personal papers.
· Don’t stay inside the guard room for a long time.
· Keep moving continuously in front of the gate so as to know what is going around.
· If any resident disobey the rules for any reason, just call the supervisor and write a report about the incidence.
· Keep watching the children who are making disturbance.
· Provision to the security of gate.
· Move round the residence to follow up all matters of Security and Safety between the buildings.
· Organize the traffic facing the cooperative.
· Be kind to visitors with families.
· Watch the fire board warning in the residence.
· Keep the place clean, and don’t misused the things inside the room.
· Offer all assistance in case of emergency.
· Don’t take any decision not within your responsibility before going back to your head.
· Move around the fence of city residence daily to make sure of no cut in it.
· Allow the cars with permission to enter for maintenance and emergency.
