The philosophy of PACER-HD can be summarized in the fact that the patient is at the heart of our attention and at the center of all our activities. This philosophy is in line with the global view of medical research. This view stems from knowing the needs of a specific society first then trying to find the proper solutions.

PACER- HD seeks to excel in the area of hereditary disorders for the purpose of serving the community in the first place. Patients are the first beneficiaries. The Center was originally established to serve them and meet their needs. The Center also extends its genetic counseling services to healthy individuals interested in prevention.

PACER- HD offers training for students, teaching assistants, interns, nurses and graduates of technical colleges. The center is fully equipped to perform this mission armed with specialized staff and a dedicated management.
